Summary	Integrin alpha-4/beta-7 (Peyer patches-specific homing receptor LPAM-1) is involved in adhesive interactions of leukocytes. It is a receptor for fibronectin and recognizes one or more domains within the alternatively spliced CS-1 region of fibronectin. Integrin alpha-4/beta-7 is also a receptor for MADCAM1 and VCAM1. It recognizes the sequence L-D-T in MADCAM1. Integrin alpha-E/beta-7 is a receptor for E-cadherin.[UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot Function]

To properly assess knockdown, the gene expression level from the included scramble control vector must be used in comparison with the target-specific shRNA transfected samples. For non-conforming shRNA, requests for replacement product must be made within ninety (90) days from the date of delivery of the shRNA kit.
