Summary | Human CD200 is a immunoregulatory protein that is a part of the immunoglobulin superfamily. This protein is composed of two Ig-like domains, the V-type and the C2-type. CD200 is frequently expressed and its receptor suggests that myeloid cell regulation is the major function of CD200 because of the restrictive nature of its receptor. CD200’s receptor is restricted to mainly mast cells, basophils, macrophages, and dendritic cells. |
