Product Name | Human IgA + IgG + IgM (adsorbed F(ab)2 Fragment) Goat Polyclonal Antibody |
Applications | ELISA, IHC, WB |
Recommend Dilution | Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western: 1/1,000-1/10,000 or dot blot), ELISA (1/10,000-1/50,000), immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry (1/500-1/2,500) as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/2,000 to 1/8,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. |
