Flow Cytometry: Use 10 µl of Neat-1/10 diluted antibody to label 1x106 cells in 100 µl. Membrane permeabilisation is required for this application. Immunohistochemistry on Frozen and Paraffin Sections: This product does not require protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections prior to staining. It does not require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections.
