Recommend Dilution | Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilution(s): This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Cyanine conjugated Sheep IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:1,500 to 1:6,000 is suggested for this product. |
Host | Sheep |
Clonality | Polyclonal |
Immunogen | A mixture of Cy3 and Cy5 conjugated KLH |
Specificity | This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by Immunoaffinity chromatography using a cyanine BSA conjugate coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Sheep Serum, anti-Peroxidase and cyanine conjugated IgG. Reactivity was observed against Cy2, Cy3 and Cy5. Reactivity against other cyanine analog is unknown. |
