Specificity	This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Ferret IgM coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Ferret IgM and Ferret Serum. No reaction was observed against Ferret IgA or Ferret IgG.
Formulation	0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01% (w/v) sodium azide as preservative. Label: Biotin State: Lyophilized purified Ig fraction. Label: Biotinamidocaproate N-Hydroxysuccinimide Ester (BAC) Molar radio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Goat IgG molecule.
Reconstitution Method	Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent).

Storage Condition	Store vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
