Host Mouse
Clonality Monoclonal
Immunogen Full length human recombinant protein of human ITGB3BP (NP_055103) produced in E.coli.
Formulation Lyophilized powder (original buffer 1X PBS, pH 7.3, 8% trehalose)
Reconstitution Method For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100uL distilled water to a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL. To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiment, we strongly recommend performing another round of desalting process. (OriGene recommends Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7KMWCO from Thermo Scientific)

Conjugation Unconjugated
Storage Condition Store at -20°C as received.
Predicted Protein Size 20 kDa
Gene Name integrin subunit beta 3 binding protein
Background This gene encodes a transcriptional coregulator that binds to and enhances the activity of members of the nuclear receptor families, thyroid hormone receptors and retinoid X receptors. This protein also acts as a corepressor of NF-kappaB-dependent signaling. This protein induces apoptosis in breast cancer cells through a caspase 2-mediated signaling pathway. This protein is also a component of the centromere-specific histone H3 variant nucleosome associated complex (CENP-NAC) and may be involved in mitotic progression by recruiting the histone H3 variant CENP-A to the centromere. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2011]
Synonyms CENP-R; CENPR; HSU37139; NRIF3; TAP20
