Recommend Dilution	Peptide ELISA: 1/8000 (Detection Limit). Western blot: 1-3 µg/ml. Approx 36kDa band observed in Mouse Spleen lysates (calculated MW of 29.9kDa according to NP_034586.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Quéré et al, Blood. 2011 Jun 2;117(22):5918-30. PMID: 21471525). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 20kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
