Protein Description	Recombinant Human IL-35 produced froms HEK293 cells is a glycosylated, heterodimeric protein that migrates as a diffuse band centered at an apparent molecular weight of about 60 kDa by SDS-PAGE analysis under non-reducing conditions. Recombinant Human IL-35 expressed in HEK293 cells contains 406 amino acid residues and has a calculated molecular weight of 45.8 kDa.
Storage	Store lyophilized at 2-8°C for 6 months or at -20°C long term. After reconstitution store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month  or (in aliquots) at -20°C long term. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
