Applications	Protocol: Activity Assay 1. Prepare a 1 ml reaction cocktail into a suitable container : The final concentrations are 5mM Tris, 63mM sodium phosphate, 1mM DTT, 0.1% (w/v) insulin, 2mM EDTA. 2. Add 4 ug of recombinant thioredoxin2 into reaction cocktail and mix immediately. 3. Incubate at 25°C for 20 minutes. 4. Record the increase in A650nm for 15 minutes.
Protein Description	Recombinant Thioredoxin2 was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
Storage	Store undiluted at 2-8°C for up to two weeks or (in aliquots) at -20°C or -70°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
