Recommend Dilution | Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilution(s): This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/600 to 1/2,750 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. |
