Background	Intermedin, also known as Adrenomedullin 2, is an endogenous peptide which is a member of calcitonin gene‐related peptide family (calsitonin, CGRPα, CGRPβ, adrenomedullin, amiline). It is a potent vasodilator in chronic hypoxia induced pulmonary hypertensive isolated rat lungs. This antibody was generated by immunization of rabbits with Intermedin coupled to a carrier protein.
