Recommend Dilution	Peptide ELISA: Detection Limit: 1/64000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 25kDa band in Human Brain lysates after 1.0 µg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 148kDa according to NP_071765.2. The 25kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Flow Cytometry on Rheumatoid arthritis synovial fibroblasts (RASF) (See Reference 1 for more details).

Background	Roundabout proteins 1-3, known as Robo1-3, are repulsive axon guidance receptors that bind to Slit, a repellent secreted by midline glia during development. Robo3 (also known as Rig1) is important for normal axon navigation at the ventral midline of the neural tube during development and is specifically expressed by commissural axons in rodents. Loss-of-function studies in mice show that Robo3 is required to allow commissural axons to enter the floor plate and cross to the contralateral side of the spinal cord. Some isoforms of Robo3 exist.
