Conjugation Texas Red

Human IgG (H+L chain), Fab Fragment goat polyclonal antibody, HRP

Applications Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
Note: This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
A working dilution of 1:1,000 to 1:5,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1/300,000
Western blot: 1/1,000-1/5,000.
Immunohistochemistry: 1/500-1/2,500.

Human IgG (H+L chain), Fab Fragment goat polyclonal antibody, Biotin

Applications Suitable for Immunoblotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6- sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/10,000-1/50,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

Conjugation Biotin

Human IgG (adsorbed F(ab)2 Fragment) donkey polyclonal antibody, PE

Applications Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow Cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
Recommended Dilutions: The maximum amount of reagent required to stain 1 x 10e6 cells in Flow Cytometry is approximately 1.0 µg of antibody conjugate. Lesser amounts of reagent may be sufficient for staining. As a general guideline dilutions of 1:50 to 1:200 should be suitable for most applications.
