TrueMABTM 抗体 – 由纯正蛋白质抗原制备

推进蛋白质组学研究的关键因素是免疫分析中敏感性和特异性的提高。这就需要有识别内源蛋白质天然表位的高质量抗体。

OriGene 已经开发出用于提高免疫分析性高的TrueMAB 系列抗体。

  • 识别天然表位的高质量单克隆抗体

  • 经过多种免疫分析验证

制备TrueMAB 系列抗体的抗原为重组的人蛋白质,这些蛋白质在天然条件下经亲和方法纯化,保留了蛋白质的天然构象。目前市面上所购买的抗体大多利用短肽段制备。肽段抗原由于缺乏三级结构,无法充分的反应蛋白质的构象。

同肽段制备的抗体相比较,TrueMAB 系列抗体对蛋白质构象上的天然表位有着高敏感性和高特异性。对于像免疫荧光、免疫沉淀、免疫组化、流式细胞、ELISA、抗体芯片等对蛋白质构象有高要求的免疫分析来说,TrueMAB 系列抗体是非常适用好工具。
